Customized Jewelry
Non-returnable except for defects (legal exception to EU/UK withdrawal right).
Defects (1 Year)
Repair, replace, or parts at our cost after verification (QA video retained).
Discretionary Returns
100% refund before mockup validation; 10% deducted per mockup sent thereafter (minimum 35%). Request within 30 days of order; if approved and intact. Customer prepays return to Lisbon; duties/taxes non-refundable.
Gift Cards
Final sale; validity 1 year.
